Erin Elam
Erin has been with Chappell, Smith & Arden since moving to South Carolina in 2003. She is paralegal to Bill Smith, Beau Busch and David Bornemann in the Workers Comp area.
She earned a B.A. in Communication Arts and Political Science from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, (recent 3 time NCAA, Division I-AA Football Champs - Go Apps!) and a Paralegal Certificate from Meredith College.
Erin was born & raised in North Carolina where she worked as a paralegal for many years in family law, criminal law, personal injury, and trademarks.
Erin has one son who is a senior at Appalachian State University and 4 incredible dogs, one wonderful horse, one spectacular pony, & a donkey named Radar.
Erin lives on a mini-farm near Columbia where she practices natural horsemanship.
